This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Cozy Vibe ("the Game", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By playing Cozy Vibe you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Account information — an anonymous account identifier (Firebase UID) created when you first play. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a basic identifier from that provider so your account can be restored on a new device. We do not receive your password.
Game progress saves — your in-game progress (coins, decorations, layout, settings) is stored on your device and backed up to the cloud so it can be synced across devices.
Friend relationships — your friend list, invite code, and block list, used to power social features.
Town snapshots — a snapshot of your town layout, your player name, and town name, which may be shown to other players in social features (such as friend visits and town exploration).
Advertising identifier — when you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google AdMob may collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / AAID on Android) to serve and measure ads.
Reports — if you report another player, we store the report (your account ID, the reported account, and the reason) for moderation purposes.
Cozy Vibe does not collect your real name, address, phone number, contacts, or precise location. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play; we never see your payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Game functionality — running core features of the Game, restoring your account, and keeping your progress safe.
Save synchronization — backing up your save to the cloud and syncing it when you change devices.
Social features — letting friends visit your town, showing your town to other players in exploration, sending notifications about visits, and enforcing blocks and moderation.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
Cozy Vibe uses the following third-party services, which may process data as described in their own privacy policies:

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data (save data, profile, friend relationships, town snapshot) at any time.
You may request a copy of the data associated with your account.

5. Data Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your cloud data is removed within 30 days. Local save data on your device can be deleted at any time from the in-game settings ("Reset Save") or by uninstalling the Game.
6. Children's Privacy
Cozy Vibe is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls so that only you can access your private save data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
